gMg provides clients with Professional Acquisition Training and Facilitation services to build organizational capacity by developing human capital. gMg delivers a variety of instructor-led training programs from half-day workshops to blended learning experiences utilizing top Subject Matter Experts. All programs can be customized to reflect the client’s unique work culture and business. gMg Management, Inc offers Facilitation Services for productive and impartial meetings such as Strategic Planning and Federal Integrated Product Teams. gMg provides these services in face-to-face or online “virtual” settings. gMg serves the needs of any group who are meeting with a common purpose, whether it is making a decision, solving a problem, exchanging ideas and information and/or developing acquisition (procurement) documentation. Services include Facilitators, Recorders, Subject Matter Experts. All facilitated meetings are supported with meeting milestone charts, charters, goals and objectives, meeting agendas/minutes, etc.

Acquisition Training:

gMg Management, Inc offers a complete array of federal acquisition training services. Training services may be held face-to-face or virtually using state-of-the art technology. gMg ensures that participants will receive the knowledge, skills and competencies necessary to properly conduct agency acquisitions by federal Program Managers. Classes available include acquisition training for newly appointed federal personnel and advance concepts for experienced federal Program Managers. gMg provides Federal Certified Instructors (FAC-3) and products are tailor made to fit each agency/departments special requirements. gMg uses actual tools, equipment, documents and materials that trainees will use when fully trained. Face-to-face classes are interactive and include lectures, class and individual exercises, role playing activities, and participant practice sessions. Distance learning programs are also available though customized webinars for one-time or multi-use training activities. Follow-on services are also available through web-based resources including training materials, real-case scenario simulations, video simulations, simulation tools, and training evaluation surveys. All training is targeted for improving federal personnel’s capability, capacity and performance.
